All orders are always checked at our warehouse before dispatch. However, since we are all only human, mistakes can happen when packing your order. Should the accident happen, you can always contact our customer service , who will quickly rectify the error!

Always remember to include photographic evidence if there is an injury, so that we can deal with your case as quickly as possible.



Do you want to make a complaint?

Have you received a faulty or damaged product? Then you can send it back to us by printing a free return label through our return portal - the use of the label is completely free for complaints.

Once we have received and processed your complaint, we will send you a new product. If it is not possible for us to replace your product with a new and equivalent one - we will refund your money for the product through the card you paid with.
