Delivery & payment information

The sales and delivery conditions below apply to all deliveries from Andcopenhagen

The conditions apply in the event that no other written agreements have been entered into between the buyer and Andcopenhagen.

Payment of the item

Every time you order an item through Andcopenhagen.dk, we send an order confirmation to you as a customer, after which your order is packed and sent. Payment will only be debited from your account when the item is dispatched.

If your order contains made-to-order items, these will be sent as soon as possible after we receive them in stock. The expected delivery time will be indicated on the product page and in your invoice (which can be obtained from your order confirmation)

If your order contains made-to-order items (products on pre-order) with a delivery time of more than 2 weeks, there will be a prepayment of your order, which will be deducted before dispatch of your order.

Delivery time & transport

Delivery of goods from Andcopenhagen.dk is deemed to have taken place when the customer has received the goods. All orders ordered through Andcopenhagen.dk are sent with GLS, unless otherwise stated under the product display.

Orders are shipped from our warehouse within a maximum of 72 hours after placing the order, unless otherwise stated on the product display. Delivery takes place according to the selected shipping method and will normally take place within 1-2 working days from dispatch. Stated delivery times are indicative and may therefore deviate.

Orders with made-to-order items will have longer delivery times - the expected delivery time will be indicated under the product that is being pre-ordered.

Delivery to Norway and Sweden can take up to 14 days.

The risk of the goods

The risk for goods passes to the buyer when the right of withdrawal, after 14 days from receipt, expires. If the item has been damaged or deteriorated after the buyer has received it, he/she retains his/her right of withdrawal if the damage or deterioration is not due to negligence or a lack of care on his/her part.

It is recommended to always save the original packaging, as the product may complaints or damages are recommended to be returned in original packaging and with a valid order confirmation.

Complaint

Any errors or defects in products/goods delivered from Andcopenhagen.dk must be claimed within 14 days after you have discovered the error. It is the customer's duty to indicate and, on request, show how the error or deficiency manifests itself (via photo documentation). If the customer discovers an error, he must contact kundeservice@andcopenhagen.com immediately. As a rule, the customer can only complain about faults that appear no later than 2 years after the item has been delivered to the customer. For goods with a limited shelf life, the customer's right to appeal is limited by the shelf life period that Andcopenhagen.dk has provided the customer with or which appears on the product's packaging. In connection with complaints, the item will always be exchanged for an equivalent product. The exception to this general rule is if exchange is impossible or will entail disproportionately large costs for Andcopenhagen.dk - in this case, a refund of the product's purchase price will be made instead.

Any complaint about an item is recommended to be made through our return portal , in order to get a faster processing. For complaints, please always state the error in the comment field.

Right of withdrawal

Andcopenhagen.dk offers a 14-day right of withdrawal, valid from the day you receive the item. You have a duty to return the item in its original condition, and it must not have been used beyond what is equivalent to the item being tested in a physical store. The item must be returned with any tags and packaging.

The customer bears a cost of NOK 49 associated with returning the item via our return label.

You can cancel a purchase by either refusing to receive your package/not collecting it or by sending your package back via our return portal . If you refuse to receive/do not pick up your package, you must notify Andcopenhagen.dk in writing, via e-mail.

Any return of an item is recommended to be made through our return portal , in order to get faster processing and return of the purchase price.

If you have an item for a complaint, you must NOT send it back before we have been in dialogue. You must write to us at info@andcopenhagen.com

Obligation to provide information

Agreements (purchase orders) can be entered into in Danish or English and stored by the company for 5 years, in accordance with the Accounting Act.

Discount codes

Are you lucky enough to have a discount code that either gives a percentage discount or a discount in kroner. A maximum of one (1) discount code can be used per purchase. If you try to bypass this, the system will cancel the order. Discount codes cannot be used for the purchase of gift cards unless otherwise stated.

Discount codes must be added at checkout before payment is completed and discount codes cannot therefore be added to an order after an order has been placed.

It is always only possible to use one discount code at a time - this also applies to campaigns that give a discount via a discount code, such as "Buy 5 scrunchies pay for 4".

It is not possible to have any discounts deducted after a completed purchase.

Gift card codes

Gift card codes issued by Andcopenhagen.dk are valid for 3 years from issue.

Price & payment

At Andcopenhagen.dk it is possible to pay with Dankort, Anyday, MobilePay and international credit cards. All prices at Andcopenhagen.dk - at the web address http://www.andcopenhagen.dk are shown in DDK and include VAT.

 With Anyday, you can split your payment. When paying with Anyday, we withdraw the first payment when the item is dispatched. You then pay a monthly benefit on the last working day of the next three months. This benefit depends on your order total and payment plan.

Anyday is free for you as long as you pay on time. If you pay all installments on time, there is zero interest and fees. If you return your purchase, your agreement with Anyday will automatically end.
