If your order is placed after 1:00 p.m., you can always expect 1-3 business day delivery when you shop at Andcopenhagen.dk, unless a different delivery time is stated.

You can always return your products via our return portal . A shipping cost of NOK 42 will be deducted from your return amount when we refund your money.

Once we have received your return package, we will process it as quickly as possible. No later than 14 days after receipt. You will receive an email on the day we process the return package and if your return order meets the conditions for return, we will make sure to refund your purchase amount to the same account you used for the purchase. It may take 2-3 bank days before the amount is in your account.

If you want to exchange for another item, we recommend that you "buy" the item in the shop to ensure that your size is reserved.

You can also just send it back and enclose a note in the package, where you write which style and size you want instead.

Write in the comment field that it is a gift, as well as the date when it must be given.
